However, he stayed put, clearly wanting to enjoy the fresh air and the sound of birds chirping a little longer.
However, his mom had a clever trick up her sleeve. She promised that they could go back home and play, which instantly caught his attention. The moment he heard that, Olio got up without hesitation, and proved that a good deal can always do the trick.
Owner reveals Corgi is a negotiating expert during walk time
This Corgi’s negotiation skills are off the charts with his owner when they are on a walk. The specific clip was shared by @olio_corgi on Instagram. As the clip begins, the dog can be seen sitting on the ground with birds chirping around. He is wearing a cute outfit, and his mom says, “Olio, let’s go.” However, the dog, clearly enjoying his walk session, doesn’t get up. It’s as if he is saying, “I don’t want to go back home as I am enjoying myself here.”
Olio’s mom thought she could lure him with the mention of food. Hence, the next thing she mentions is that they can get some food and beans at home. However, this too doesn’t get Olio moving. He keeps sitting at the spot, his gaze fixed on his mom, as if he is adamant that he won’t leave.
The mom, too, doesn’t give up. She clearly knows her fur baby and is aware of what would take him back home. So, at last, she asks, “How about some play?” and the dog’s head immediately tilts, as if he is thinking about how to say no to this demand. When the mom assures him that they can play at home, his ears perk up, and he gets up, ready to go back home and play with his mom.
