Big dog and little baby’s journey growing up together is straight out of a fairytale
German Shepherds are usually known as fierce or aggressive dogs. However, that’s not always the case. And to prove this, a parent has uploaded a video on @soniktheshepherd, showing the adorable bond between their “SONIK THE SHEPHERD” and their almost one-year-old daughter.
From meeting the newborn for the first time to looking after his little sister at every point, the clip captures the pup’s ever-growing bond with the little one. At no point is the pooch seen being rough with the baby or barking at her. He has always maintained a calm and gentle demeanour with his human sibling, even when the baby kept touching him or playing with him. Moreover, even the baby loves being in the company of the German Shepherd and always plays with the pooch in her own sweet way.
Looking at their interaction, the parents are sure they are going to be friends forever, just like in fairytales. And the netizens could not agree more, as a person said, “Oh my heart! This is just the sweetest! Besties.” While another follower also echoed the same thoughts and mentioned, “best big brother.” A third also added, “The most beautiful friendship there is (translated version).”
