Starving rescue dog gains her confidence after foster care
In the video, the rescue dog gains weight and confidence in foster care. The Instagram reel informed that Honey was starving and desperate for food, but all she wanted was love. As such, she was picked by the foster mom who gave her both food and love. The pup’s life wasn’t easy, but she continued to remain happy as she started to receive love. Honey’s happiness had no bounds as she gave and received affection.
The fur baby spent the last month decompressing in her foster home and also started playing with other dogs. Moreover, she likes bonding with kids and has eventually gained weight and confidence. The foster mom opened up on Honey’s progress in the caption, “Fostering literally saves lives. Honey has been doing amazing and has gained 10 pounds!!!” She further informed that the canine needs time for adoption.
“Honey is not currently available for adoption. She needs about a month and a half to gain some weight and to be spayed,” the uploader further explained. “During this next month, I will be working with Honey 1:1 with training to get her ready for her next chapter. Stay tuned!” The foster mom also shared in the comments that the pup needs one more month to gain weight and two weeks to heal after she is spayed. Thus, Honey is expected to be up for adoption in about 1.5 months. The pooch will find the best family, given her kind and loving nature.
