Skye once lay alone on a building site, unable to move and seemingly convinced nobody was coming for her. Niall Harbison found the little pup in terrible shape and began helping her regain strength. The rescue dog slowly healed, learned to walk properly again, and eventually found a family of her own. Now, an Instagram reel shows her running, playing in a garden, and enjoying the peaceful life that once seemed completely out of reach.

The reel begins with the tiny puppy alone at the construction site, where her body had been bent out of shape. Niall Harbison recalled the “look of resignation” in her eyes and said she had “pretty much given up.” His team gradually rebuilt her strength and helped her body recover.
The rescue dog eventually regained her ability to walk and found her forever family. Her new life includes a canine brother, a garden, and a mother who lets her sleep in bed. Clips show her running outdoors, rolling through the grass, and happily playing with her brother.
Her family later commented, “You’ve changed the course of Skye’s life but also my life for the better by bringing her into it.” They continued, “Adopting her has been just an absolute privilege and joy… she is truly the sweetest girl ever with the best amount of sass! She is incredible. I swear i will always protect and nurture the little miracle she is.”
Viewers celebrated her transformation too. One wrote, “What an amazing rescue! Insane timing that afternoon before the storm! Look at her now!!! The happiest girl ever!
