He says her tasks require that freedom because a leash can restrict what she needs to perform. Arthur adds, “We get stopped all the time about it.” The conversation remains friendly, and the pair continues through the store. However, another person soon approaches with similar questions. The second store worker says, “I already know the answer, but is this a service animal?” He then asks whether Korra needs a leash.
