Dog discovers the tent may be the best part of her camping adventure
This dog discovered a tent while camping outdoors and immediately decided it was the best part of the adventure. The clip, shared by @meandmyakita, features an Akita whose wholesome reaction to the tent makes the moment absolutely priceless.
Some dogs hear the word “camping” and immediately think of adventure. They want to go on long walks, enjoy the fresh air, explore open spaces, play fetch, and make the most of the great outdoors. This dog, however, couldn’t care less about any of that.
The moment she spotted the tent, she seemed to decide, “Yeah, this is for me.” She tries to walk inside and carefully inspect the space, curious to see what it was all about. Once she realized it was a cozy place to relax, she wasted no time settling in.
She tries her level best to get inside it, only to realize it’s going to be a big struggle. After a couple of tries to squeeze herself inside, she finally succeeds in finding a cozy spot in a corner. But in doing so, the tent seemed to crumble from one end, making it a hilarious capture.
The paw parent perfectly summed up the dog’s mood in the caption, writing, “She yearns to be an indoor dog.” Viewers found the video incredibly adorable and filled the comments with love for the pup. One user joked that it must be a “five tent experience!” Others said their dogs would probably do the same thing if they were taken camping.
